My Best Herb Tea

This is my favorite personal blend of herbs teas for flavor and health. I make this for ice tea and it has no caffeine and is full of trace minerals

3 parts Rooibos Tea
1 part peppermint c/s
1 part sassafras root bark c/s
1 part jasmine flowers c/s

Blend together and store in an airtight jar. use 1/2-1 teaspoon per cup.
