Through the study of aromatherapy we learn that different smells can directly effect how we feel and how we think! A clean healthy smelling environment is very important in the dynamics of family situations.

You can create many wonderful scented products, change the atmosphere of the home, and decrease the use of chemicals by blending different pure natural essential oils.

Make your own dryer sheets!
Mix together 15 drops of spearmint and 12 drops of lavender,
put this mixture on a clean cloth and then fold the cloth several times.
Wrap another cloth around that and toss into the dryer!
(Did you know those commercial dryer sheets stimulate asthma attacks in children?)

You can also dab oils on to a clean cloth and place in your closest or drawers

In a small spray bottle add 4 ozs of purified water
Add 30 drops of litsea cubeba essential oil
Add 30 drops of sweet orange essential oil
add 20 drops of cinnamon leaf.
Shake well and spray the offending odor or person!
