I ordered this to help with my lymph system. My right leg and foot swell at the end of the day, and my sinuses won't drain. Since making tea with this, lemon, honey and ginger every morning, I have noticed my sinuses draining better. No difference in my ankle yet. Maybe I need to drink more than one mug a day. No bitter taste, like some herbs.
